Instructor Bio - Jessica Walsh
I began practicing yoga 18 years ago when I was a runner and hiker living in New York City. I felt the physical, mental and spiritual benefits immediately. I have been an athlete my whole life, but yoga gave me such a full mind body experience that I have been hooked ever since.

After moving to the Madison area two years ago, I joined Inner Fire Yoga and then enrolled in their 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, concentrating on the Inner Fire Flow Sequence and Power Flow. I then enrolled in Inner Fire's Sculpt Yoga Training and Inner Fire's Yin Yoga Training. Each of the training programs equipped me with the knowledge and confidence to teach others, and greatly improved my own practice. Becoming a yoga teacher has been a dream come true for me. I am honored to share my yoga experience, knowledge and gratitude with the Monona Parks & Recreation Community

I live in Monona with my husband, two middle school children and beloved dog Ink.
