General Voting Information

In-Person Absentee Voting

In-person absentee voting for the Spring Election is available at Monona City Hall (5211 Schluter Rd.) beginning Monday, March 12 through Friday, March 30.  Hours for in-person absentee voting are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.  Voters are required to show a photo I.D.  Voters who are not registered to vote in Monona must also bring proof of their current address.

Polling Place Information
Monona has two locations for people to vote. Both polling places open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m. and are accessible to elderly and disabled voters.

  • Voters in wards 1-5 vote at St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, 5700 Pheasant Hill Road, Monona.
  • Voters in wards 6-10 vote at the Monona Community Center, 1011 Nichols Road, Monona.
