Reflexology is a form of massage applying deep pressure to reflex points on the feet. It opens nerve pathways to increase circulation and create a sense of balance within the body. The feet are like a roadmap that connects to organs and glands withing the body and by working with the feet it can increase normal function and flow. This practice will leave individuals feeling relaxed as the body's natural equilibrium is restored.

Reflexology appointments are available with Relaxation Specialist, Heidi Fromi on the first Monday afternoon of each month with appointments from 1:00 p.m.- 4:30 p.m. and on the third Thursday of each month from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Call 222-3415 to make an appointment today.

Foot Care Clinics

We offer three regular foot care clinics each month beginning with a warm water foot soak and a then a toenail trim by an SSM Health at Home visiting nurse. These take place the first Wednesday of the month from 12:40 p.m. - 3:00 p.m., the first Thursday from 1:00 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. and the third Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. - Noon. The cost for this clinic is $22.00. You must also bring 2 towels with you and a reservation ahead of time is required by calling 222-3415.

We also offer two diabetic foot care clinics each month on the fourth Monday and the fourth Wednesday from Noon - 3:00 p.m. The cost for this clinic is $25.00 and we ask that you bring 2 towels with you. Gail Owens, RN provides these services. You must make an appointment by calling 222-3415.

Come and meet Gonzalo, certified massage therapist from UW Badgers Athletic Department Peak Performance. He has a great enthusiasm for massage! You can benefit from improved circulation, a reduction in swelling, relaxed muscles, enhanced sleep quality and so much more. You can sign up for either a 15 minute or 30 minute session. $15 for 15 minutes or $30 for a 30 minute session. Please remember to bring a clean pillow cover (pillow case) to your appointment and a face mask.
