The Express Energy Efficiency Program is an exciting new opportunity brought to Monona by Madison Gas & Electric and Focus on Energy. This FREE program includes a quick, 45-minute home visit to offer an advisory assessment on the efficiency of your house’s windows, water heater, and insulation. The program will also swap out your shower head, sink aerators and light bulbs at request for low-flow, high-efficiency fixtures at no cost to the homeowners.
To be eligible for the progam, you must be a resident of Monona and receive at least 50% of your heat and electricity from MG&E. Someone 18 years or older must be present at the time of the appointment, and all pets must be contained.
